Please note: For an Expression of Interest to be reviewed, the person seeking one of our dogs must personally complete their own application form (or with the assistance of a writer). Applications written ‘on behalf of’ will not be considered.

Please note: Applications for a Mobility Dog will be considered regardless of race, sex, religious preference or sexual orientation.
If you are looking for a Mobility Dog to work with you in a professional capacity in a therapeutic environment (Therapy Dog), or for a Mobility Dog to support a person within a family unit (Companion Dog) then please contact clients@mobilitydogs.co.nz to find out more about these dogs.
